“I was searching the internet for a pair of Python Skin Boots with a particular look/color to them. I happened to see them on the Patron Boots Western & Casual Wear website and decided to contact the store for some assistance. A woman by the name of Kim assisted me on the phone and through text. She was a major help and found the boots in stock and took pictures/videos of the different pairs that were in my size. I was able to choose the specific pair I wanted before she quickly shipped them out to me. They just arrived today and they are even better looking in person. I will definitely purchase from Patron Boots Western & Casual Wear again and look forward to getting a matching belt. Thank you for the help Kim!”

“This store has exceptional customer service, you will be greated when you walk in, asked if you need any assistance throughout, and when you do need assistance, they go the extra mile. Some higher-end Department stores could learn a thing or two about how to treat and help customers here! Shout out to Rich for all his help and advice... This store has a huge selection of Levis, between the styles and sizes, you will find what you want. Their regular pricing is OK, but their sales are great. Oh, and if you get luck you can find incredible deals on clearance. I'm so close to giving this store 5 stars, I may change it. If you are looking for some Levis, this store is a definite must stop!”

“There WAS a huge selection of xs and s boxers in the back marked down from 15.99 to 3 dollars in the back. Don't bother going to get some because I bought all the ones with cool graphics on them! This was a heavensent encounter because mine always rip, but now I'm stocked up again!”

“Great selection of Polo, probably one of the largest around. Customer service is good, I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed any assistance several times. When I did need assistance they were very helpful. Now for the hard part, pricing is a bit high in my opinion, I don't see a big savings over Department store pricing. But they also have a much larger selection than Department stores, actually, this store has a largest selection of any factory stores I have visited.”

“Employees are very friendly and I found some great deals especially in the clearance rack. For the underwear packs you usually only save if you buy multiples. Always check online bc the selection and deals are different in store. But feeling the fabric in person is better than guessing online. The higher prices are worth it for better quality imo, and you feel safer buying with their great return policy and chill staff.”

“I enjoy coming here. You can usually find some Guess stuff on sale here. You can also find some stuff that you cannot find in the other Guess stores. I only gave 4 stars because I am purchasing something 30 minutes before the store closes, I shouldn't be rushed in such a hurry that you forget to take the sensor off my purchased book bag. Work on that and next time, I will leave 5 stars”

“We mostly visit the gap factor in Chicago premium outlets it is good. But when I went to return the items which doesn’t fit me properly so they didn’t refund the amount back to my bank account and gave a gift card which disappointed me.”
