I absentmindedly missed my appointment. They were gracious enough to fit me in later that day and I got the oil change done quickly. The front desk worker, Bill, was extremely courteous and friendly. The people that work here have always been great to interact with. That counts for a lot in my book. I will continue to go here for all my automotive needs.

I had a 10:30am appointment yesterday for an oil change. I show up and they said they sent me an email that said they were running late. All I had was a confirmation email. 2 hours and $83 later it was done ... FOR AN OIL CHANGE ... on a Honda. Never again.

Duvaun was the kindest person got me in on a Sunday! Oil change an looked over my entire car. I appreciate not having an appointment till 1 hour after I called!

Kyle at this store was super helpful and went through a lot of hoops for me to make sure I got a refund on a program. Was very appreciative of him making sure I was satisfied and not spending any extra money that was unneeded!

I made an appointment online which is very convenient. Although I was there for an oil change, they found some things that needed to be done and gave me the cost to take care of them. While it took a little longer than I anticipated due to the additional items, I was out in a reasonable time.

I’ve been to this shop multiple times, usually unannounced, and they’ve been great to assist when I’ve needed it. Most recent trip was due to a battery that needed replacing. Even though it was a busy shop on a Saturday, Kyle was able to fit me in. They ordered a new battery and had it installed with an hour. Very grateful and must give these guys a high recommendation.

Had a flat tire at 5:30 p.m. with my 3-year old and 8-month old in the car. Almost everywhere was closed. Called four shops and they were either closed or unable to do it. Called this Firestone location and Duvaun not only got me in right away, but got me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Fantastic service. Thanks so much to Duvaun and the crew!
