Was seamless.. I used to go to Firestone on Kirk and Butterfield. All I did there was wait! Even with an appointnent. The Batavia location is, in one word, better. Appointment was made for 315 and they took me in at 315..! Sounds silly I know but I truly appreciate the service.. Thumbs up!
