“Katlin deserves to be a store manager due to how amazing she was yesterday! My husband and I were buying a gun safe, ready to spend alot of money for it.We initially were at the menards in carpentersville where we were horribly treated by the manager and resorted to taking our business elsewhere. Katlin initially was in the tile area helping a couple , after she finished with them, she immediately apologized for the time we waited and immediately assisted us in picking out the right safe for us, she.checked the safe herself and walked us through the resetting of it and how to use it. She went above and beyond. I absolutely loved her! Great team and great experience”

“I went to Home Depot today looking for some paint and the man at the paint station (I think his name was Jeff) was SO helpful!!! He realized I didn't really know what I was doing or what products I needed, and he took the time to explain the process, recommend certain paint techniques, helped me select which products to buy, and answered all my questions. I've never had such incredible service at a store like this before. He was so focused on helping his customers that I didn't get a chance to properly thank him before he was off to help someone else. Please give Jeff a raise because whatever you are paying him is not enough! :) Even the lady who checked me out was friendly and greeted me with a smile. 10/10 experience shopping at this store, I will definitely be back if I have any other home improvement needs!”

“I'd like to start out by saying that Patrick at ProSource of Naperville, saved the day! I was in the process of renovating my 60 year old cottage that's 5.5 hours away in REMOTE northern Wisconsin when my future son-in- law asked to host a surprise proposal there. Given only weeks to get a floor installed, Patrick walked me through the process and I chose a product that was in stock, good to go! Nope, there was a glitch in the order and my floor wasn't going to be delivered in time. Patrick went above and beyond and personally guaranteed that he would take care of the situation and have it delivered on site in time. Per his promise the order arrived in time and was installed...with two days to spare! Way to go Patrick! He approached the situation with kindness and compassion. He knew how special the event was to me and added an amazing human touch, that's something hard to find anymore. A big shout out to ProSource and Patrick!! Highly recommend!!”

“Really cool store with uncommon products. Large selection of items. I was surprised at how many pet supply products they had. It felt like a mix between Trellis and Home Depot without appliances.Very good customer service. Employees are offering help to find product without being pushy.As you can see from the pics, they have everything from fencing, chickens, hay feeders, coffee cups, signs, clothes, gas tanks, pet supplies, and so much more.”

“We were referred to Best Buy Interiors by our contractors for quartz countertops. Met with Rebekah at the Slab Office who was very helpful in assisting us in our selection. Before our kitchen remodel even began, we had a sewer back up and needed to replace all of the carpeting in our lower level. After shopping around for vinyl flooring, we decided to go back to the Best Buy Showroom. We were very fortunate to be he helped by Laura G. Can’t say enough about her customer service. She has a great design eye, is professional, helpful, & patient.She helped us select the perfect product for our project & was more than willing to work with our timetable. The installers were very good & worked late to complete our flooring in one day. Everyone called when they said they would & arrived on time. Really happy with the end result. Best Buy will also be installing our quartz countertops & kitchen backsplash tile. Hoping that will be another positive experience! Would recommend to family & friends. Ask for Laura G. “Ultimately, Menards has an edge on Home Depot and even Lowe’s to some extent when it comes to product availability and price for the consistent quality of products.The Fort Hill Dr. Naperville Menards has always been a quality establishment with good employees that are respectful and helpful. No retail establishment will ever be perfect nor can it be, but I still appreciate this Menards for my various home maintenance needs.Just recently located in the parking lot of this Menards (December, 2023) there was a Mexican food truck by the name of The Gorditas Tacos.They have the best Cabeza tacos out of all of Chicagoland that we have tried to date!My fiancé and I have been trying Mexican food throughout Chicagoland for years and out of all of Chicago and the suburbs, this food truck has made the very best Cabeza tacos!I cannot find them on Google, but have requested an addition of this food truck to Google Maps.”

“I generally prefer Menards but this Home Depot is outstanding. Like any home Depot you have to be selective with what you buy as far as country of origin of the product and quality. However, I choose this store more often because the people are what set it apart. Everyone is kind and helpful, going out of their way to help you locate something or give you advice.”

“Ever since i moved to the area i have been in the bartlett location on a weekly basis. Nihad has been my go to guy! Every time i see him he has been working with other staff on improving with resolution and quality talks. The past two visits i went to say hi but saw he was busy working with other associates. So i didn’t want to interrupt. It is good seeing good management in place and see how looking for solutions by talking it out is always much more effective.
