There was some mis-communication issues at some times, but they did a great job resolving them with us in mind. They have been very responsive in coming back in to fix/re-adjust cabinets. Prior to delivery, Donovan- the new dept manager of pick up order- reached out and told us the display was going to be sent and that the screws were of different color and sent a picture- it was nice to know that we were told this before being sent. My partner and I recently spent an afternoon at ProSource looking for better options for an upcoming bathroom renovation. Everything from the big box stores was…..basic at best and tacky at worst. There was no design support, we were overwhelmed and lost.

“I bought 2 mattresses for a very good price. Very, very, good and low price. I was even able to give the sales person a good tip for being so helpful. He also stayed open past the closing time just for me to purchase my items. The mattresses were perfectly comfortable and still are a year later. The sales person was very patient, knowledgeable, courteous and also very professional. People, if you want good items for a very low price, now that the economy is down bc of COVID, this is the place to go. I would recommend this to everyone. With the money I saved, I intend on purchasing a mattress for the in-laws of a friend. Or for my sister, who was the person that recommended Congo Outlet to me. I forgot the sales person name, but I will not forget his kindness and how easy he made the experience. Oooh, he also helped my wife place the items in the vehicle. “The customer service at this location is hands down one of the best. While I've typically always had good or decent interactions with these associates-I feel Ashley went above and beyond. I had called in to check and see if a certain artificial xmas tree was in stock or a restock was happening anytime soon. It was not in stock and she didn't know when or if it would be restocked. She offered to see if anything was available in the surrounding area and found a HD in Glendale Heights that had a few. That was the end of our conversation. A few hours later, I get a phone call from her stating a customer just returned the exact tree I was looking for and if I was still interested in that tree. She literally looked and the phone log for that day and found my number. How she remembered what tree I was looking for or found my number is amazing. I should have played the lottery that day. The tree is up and looks amazing. Thank you for being so pleasant to talk to and taking the time to reach back out!”
“Went in to get a Craftsman toolbox. Never really shopped at Lowe’s before but I love Craftsman and I know they sell them here. Was helped by Hoss the boss and a couple of other employees and they got the toolbox I wanted down from a top shelf and I was in and out in minutes.”

“So I was happy working with Home Depot and it appears that the install of the backsplash was done properly but I was not impressed with the installer from GS FLOORING who did not do a great job cleaning up after. Wasn’t happy that the installer did not protect the area he was working on with a drop cloth or something.”
