This store is EXTRAORDINARILY handicapped/disabled-friendly--what a stark contrast with the JCPenney in North Aurora! This store has made a loyal Kohl's customer out of me--the associates were extremely helpful with my pickup and even escorted me out to my car and offered to bring future pickup orders out to my car. Deeply grateful for this extraordinary level of customer service. Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield could learn something from this store.

Kohls at Batavia is the most organized Kohls that I have seen and I am an ex employee and Batavia wasn’t the store that I worked.

Made purchase at sephora. Shelf price said 3.4 oz and item was 3.3 oz, it made it difficult for associates to locate item and labelling was wrong to price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I did find the store untidy and messy. The clearance racks were very crowded with merchandise and not very organized.

I have bought many wonderful items at Kohl's at very good prices. The main reason for this post is to give a big shout-out to Cathy, who worked with me twice when I was there on June 11. First, she was very helpful in terms of getting my online purchases for me (I have a problem getting my email on my iPhone). She then checked me out later with another purchase and was very friendly and helpful. I have been in contact with Cathy many times, and she is wonderful!!! Kudos to her!!
