“Great experience! Evan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store has a nice variety of chairs: massage, zero gravity, and lift. They have mattresses and pillows also. What makes the store great though is the personalized service. I also talked to Tom on the phone. He also knows his stuff. Nobody was pushy. If you go in and like the store, give them a good review. They deserve it, but probably will not ask for it. I felt it was the least I could do. I think I will end up buying a chair. Already bought a pillow. Thanks Evan!”
“We came into Office Max in Batavia and a friendly young woman named Michelle greeted us and asked us if we needed help finding anything. It’s been a while since we were inside an Office Max store so we wanted to browse and see what they had in stock for journals.
A gentleman by the name of Brenden rang up our items on the register and asked if we found everything okay. Overall the customer service was fantastic despite not being able to find a good journal for myself. We were still able to purchase an electronic pencil sharpener and a few nifty items we found on clearance.
Thank you to the staff of Office Max it was a pleasant experience.
