Relax The Back is a business that prioritizes wellness and spinal health through specialized products. It is not a typical mattress store, operating on the premise of well-being. The sales staff is consultative, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, providing a perfect customer service experience. They offer education about ergonomics and posture with a concierge service for personalized solutions. The store guides clients to select products tailored for back pain relief, prevention, and overall wellness, including office chairs, mattresses, and massage chairs for office, sleep, and travel. Customers leave at ease knowing the right product was purchased, citing a great retail experience with no gimmicks, just useful information.

Had the best experience here. Tom was very knowledgeable and so kind! He helped fix our sleep patterns and gave us multiple options on how to fix it. Would recommend Tom to anybody looking for a mattress, pillow or massage chair!
