“Amazing staff. All very nice and answered all my questions. I loved all the dogs but I had to see the dog named Kevin! I went in with a completely negative view on petlands but the staff really changed my mind by going over all the breeder info, If I am ever in need of a puppy I will go there and you should too.”

“This was my first visit with my puppy, Knuckles, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience! My friend Ashley recommended this dog grooming spa, and I’m so glad she did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such a warm welcome by Lindsey (I believe that was her name). The salon was spotless, and as another pup was leaving, it was obvious they had been well cared for and were happy. Since this was Knuckles’ very first grooming appointment, I was a little nervous, but the entire team was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind with him. When I picked him up, he looked adorable wearing a cute bandana, smelled amazing, and his coat was so soft and fluffy. As a corgi owner, I know their coats require special care, and they did a fantastic job! It’s clear the staff genuinely loves what they do and treats every pet like family. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a caring, professional groomer. We’ll definitely be back—Knuckles has found his new favorite spa!”

“Pug and Hound Apothecary is far more than a place to shop. It is a carefully curated resource where high quality products and trusted knowledge go hand in hand. Krysta has built something truly special. She combines the heart and dedication of a small business owner with the clinical insight of an experienced vet tech who works alongside exceptionally skilled local veterinary professionals. That combination is rare. She continually educates herself and thoroughly researches every product she carries. I never have to second guess what I am buying. If it is in her store, I know it meets a very high standard. Her team helped me successfully transition my picky cat off kibble, which was no small feat. And when it comes to my soon to be 13 year old German Shepherd, I am incredibly selective. Krysta has been a knowledgeable and trusted resource as he ages, always willing to thoughtfully discuss options and offer well researched recommendations when I have questions or concerns. The expertise, care, and intentional product selection here truly set this business apart. You can feel the difference the moment you walk in.”

“We found this great place to bathe our Beagle. We’re 80 so trying to bathe him at home is hard and dangerous. Here he walked up the ramp and into the bath. Great friendly staff and super convenient to use! Would highly recommend it”

“Susan is really sweet, I understand some concerns people have, but honestly she's doing all this for free. I wanted to bring in 3 Sparrows but 2 of them didn't make it so I only brought her 1. I asked what the process is about taking care of them. She said she cares for the birds in a big cage until they're old enough to fly on their own. She told me she released 17 Sparrows back into the wild in 1 day. I can tell she really cares for them, and loves sparrows.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Kelsey! Finding safe food for my dog with severe food allergies has been an incredibly stressful process since her options are so limited. Kelsey completely turned that experience around for me. She spent a significant amount of time walking through every single selection possible, carefully checking labels, and providing the absolute best one-on-one customer service I have ever received for my baby. Her patience and deep knowledge were impressive, but what I appreciated most was the genuine compassion she showed for my situation. Kelsey went above and beyond to give me peace of mind. Coming from a General Manager myself, I know firsthand just how incredibly difficult it is to find good, hardworking employees like her. She is a valuable asset to your business and absolutely deserves recognition. If you need someone who truly cares and will take the time to help you, ask for Kelsey!”

“We ordered baby chicks and couldn’t be happier. It was a much better experience than Farm and Fleet or Tractor Supply. The shop itself is very cute and I plan to go back for future gardening needs.”

“I had such a great experience with Mushyface Cookie Co. at the Logan Square Farmer’s Market. The team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful, not just toward my pup (who is a very large Great Dane), but toward me as well! They helped me find a treat for my dog & were very gracious and understanding about my discomfort handling it myself (vegan probs), even giving it directly to him so I didn’t have to. Small gesture, but it really meant a lot. My dog was absolutely thrilled with their selection, and they showed him so much love and attention while chatting with me about their own dogs too. You can genuinely tell this business is run by hardworking, caring people who truly love what they do. I really enjoyed spending time at their tent and would absolutely encourage others to support them at the market!”

“Super friendly people, cool animals. Had a spicy kitten when we visited and it was noted on the crate. Just kinda funny. Rabbits roaming the store, that was cute. Some exotics, turtles, bearded dragons. Beef cheek non rawhide chews, dogs loving it right now. Got the blueberry one. Friendly staff as well. Nice place to visit.”

“The staff at Ruffner's is phenomenal! Management, and support staff are super friendly, extremely nice, and honest! They make you and your pet feel welcome! Sometimes, I think my dog is more excited to hang with the Ruffner's staff than with the other dogs at play time. Great establishment!”

“If I could give 10 Stars I would. Not only was the receiver looking for me first thing in the morning by coming outside to the tractor to meet me but they had me empty within about 20 minutes of bumping the dock. Very wonderful when people are diligent in their work and value your time! I hope continued success for this business and the team of workers.”

“I’ve been coming to Pet Supplies Plus for 3 years now and I love the coupons and deals they offer. But today made me write a review because the cashier Krissy saw that I was pregnant (6months) and shopping with my 3 year old. When checking out she wouldn’t let me pick up the big dog food I was purchasing and without asking walked out with me to load my purchases in my car and was so friendly to my son and I. Probably the most friendliest employee I encounter with at this store.”

“Great selection of chicks, pullets, ducks, and other birds. Staff were attentive and helpful. My advice for anyone looking to get chickens.... Buy from Tractor Supply, they do cost a little more compared to other farms out there but they make up for this with their good customer service and convenience. My alternative before them was to purchase adult hens from random sellers online which proved to be a big headache. As many of them are either too expensive, too far, or rude.”

“First time coming here Just moved from far Northside chicago to aurora. Needed a self service dog wash came across this spot best decision ive made. Gwen was very helpful with setting up the bathing room bringing us towels & shampoo she even asked which kind do we prefer something only scented or for sensitive skin! We picked up a scent spray & a deshedding brush & on the way to check out my dog grabbed a big ol treat! Best to say he was a happy clean dog on the way out! Reasonably priced items we'll definitely be back again!”
