“This was my first visit with my puppy, Knuckles, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience! My friend Ashley recommended this dog grooming spa, and I’m so glad she did.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such a warm welcome by Lindsey (I believe that was her name). The salon was spotless, and as another pup was leaving, it was obvious they had been well cared for and were happy.
Since this was Knuckles’ very first grooming appointment, I was a little nervous, but the entire team was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind with him. When I picked him up, he looked adorable wearing a cute bandana, smelled amazing, and his coat was so soft and fluffy. As a corgi owner, I know their coats require special care, and they did a fantastic job!
It’s clear the staff genuinely loves what they do and treats every pet like family. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a caring, professional groomer. We’ll definitely be back—Knuckles has found his new favorite spa!”
“Excellent experience everytime I visit Pet Supplies Plus North Aurora. I have enjoyed going there since they open. I ues the baths a lot for my bullys, The wash areas are always clean. I buy my bullys food & treats from Pet supply as well. ALL the employees and managers are always there to help and my bullys love visiting and always trying to catch a treat.”

“We found this great place to bathe our Beagle. We’re 80 so trying to bathe him at home is hard and dangerous. Here he walked up the ramp and into the bath. Great friendly staff and super convenient to use! Would highly recommend it”

“First off, the food is great. Obviously since you're here, and I do think it helped my beagle mutt mix live to a ripe old age of 17.

“I had such a great experience with Mushyface Cookie Co. at the Logan Square Farmer’s Market. The team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful, not just toward my pup (who is a very large Great Dane), but toward me as well!
They helped me find a treat for my dog & were very gracious and understanding about my discomfort handling it myself (vegan probs), even giving it directly to him so I didn’t have to. Small gesture, but it really meant a lot. My dog was absolutely thrilled with their selection, and they showed him so much love and attention while chatting with me about their own dogs too.
You can genuinely tell this business is run by hardworking, caring people who truly love what they do. I really enjoyed spending time at their tent and would absolutely encourage others to support them at the market!”

“Terri has been the best with all my (4) dogs for years & my son & daughter-in-law's (5) dogs. Not only does she pamper the dogs, but if there is a medical issue with a pup, she loves them and cares for them GENTLY, possibly separates them form the others so they are not played with as much. Her idea of "no-cage" is the BEST. Dogs love socializing with the other dogs. Please don't ever stop what you are doing.”
“Super friendly people, cool animals. Had a spicy kitten when we visited and it was noted on the crate. Just kinda funny. Rabbits roaming the store, that was cute. Some exotics, turtles, bearded dragons. Beef cheek non rawhide chews, dogs loving it right now. Got the blueberry one. Friendly staff as well. Nice place to visit.”

“Truck drivers: Pretty easy place to get into, you just need to make a right on Woodward drive and another right on cardinal drive, you’ll see the dock ramp shortly on your right hand side along with the entrance. Plenty of space to pull forward too. Fair amount of vehicles coming in and out of the entrance you’ll be using. Staff are great and quick to unload, despite being short staffed.
