Been going to Batavia Great Escape for nearly 18 years— have never had a bad experience there. One year tried using an off brand chemical line to maintain our pool and it was struggle - went back to Great Escape immediately . They have made owning a pool simple - don’t know what I would do without them.Diane HSugar Grove

Rachel greeted us upon entry and was our salesperson. Very helpful and flexible with our requests. We came in knowing what we wanted and she helped us with the whole process. All employees were friendly and approachable, and not "pushy". All details regarding delivery, returns, insurance, etc., were fully explained. Thank you

Actually like the store, BUT, after purchaisng regularly for years, finally need a warranty claim on a goalrilla basketball hoop and its a nightmare. figured paying up came with great service. not the case. think twice, this store is one you pay more, but do not get more. warranty service here sucks. 6 different places and forms to fill out, the run around. come on, ill buy the stupid part i need. I have a feeling only the parts that will clearly never fail are warrantied. its life, great service is nearly impossible to find these days. read the fine print.

very good. the staff are always very helpful. My suggestion is that your store open earlier. A lot of people are out shopping for supplies for their DYI projects and want to get started early. Especially on the weekends.I have purchased both of my swimming pools from the Batavia store, and have a lot of trust in them

Just try and return something here. I’ve purchased 3 furniture sets over the years. When I wanted to return a recent purchase I learned the written 30 day return policy is a bait and switch. I stood my ground and the return/refund was completed but I can only imagine how many people are made to think they’re stuck with an unwanted purchase. Will never step foot in there again. Plenty of better options elsewhere.

The staff is great! They always have the answer to my water problems. They know the products. If they don't have what I want in-store it is ordered and received in a timely manner. Very friendly, fun, helpful group of people. I love Batavia Great Escape because of the staff! Thanks for everything!!
