“This is a long overdue post! This past July our Bull Terrier stopped eating and we were desperate to find someone who would see her right away. Our vet couldn't see her nor could the St. Charles Animal hospital. One call to Sunshine after reading the reviews and they said, can you come right now!! We raced over to find she had an obstruction. Dr. Rebala did emergency surgery in her after hours to remove what was years of kids toys, suction cup etc out of her belly!! Dr. Rebala meticulously picked ever last foreign body out of her belly till almost midnight and called us to let us know she was good! We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rebala and her staff, they were so caring and compassionate with Ezzie. So much so that we even transferred both of our dogs to Sunshine permanently. We thank your whole team for saving our dogs life and thanks for being there in that scary moment when no one else would! Not to mention your prices are so resonable compared to all the other vets in the area who's prices are outrageous!! Thanks for taking the best care of our pups!”

Absolutely adore Dr. Hooper she went above and beyond to went above and beyond to make my little girl dog comfortable. Love how they have you call and check in while in the car and wait until they have a room ready for you to come in. With this dog virus you can never be too careful!”

“This place is by far the Best Vet I've ever gone to and I'm in rescue so that's saying a Lot! The vets and all the staff are so caring and attentive. The care is holistic and comprehensive. The office atmosphere is calm and relaxed. I cannot recommend enough!The pics show my 18 year old Super Senior, Izzie, getting her weekly acupuncture, chiropractic, and cold laser therapy. This along with medication and herbs, help manage her arthritis pain and chronic kidney disease. We are very fortunate to have them so close by.Prices are slightly higher than the high traffic vets around, but the care and service we receive is more than worth it. I wish more vets were like The Whole Pet and offered the holistic services and care.”

“Dr. Klepitsch was recommended by a coworker of mine. My wife and I just got our first dog. She's a rescue, and we wanted to take her to a veterinarian to see how healthy she was. Dr K took an hour to answer all our questions. He gave our dog a full exam and explained what he would recommend to keep her healthy. We talked to him about what food she should eat, what vaccines she needs and whether or not pet insurance was worth the cost. He took the time to answer all our questions and explain things to us. We're first time dog owners, so it really helped to get a veterinarian's opinion on all our questions. The staff was really kind. Caitlin was the technician who assisted Dr. K. She really helped our nervous dog. We're so glad to have found such a great veterinarian.”

“We recently brought our 83 Lbs, shepherd in for TPLO (doggie ACL) surgery. I was extremely impressed with the personal care given to me by the veterinary surgeon explaining all the particulars of the surgery and helping to ease my mind that it was in fact the best method and source of care for our dog. I was also very happy that even as busy as the schedule was they were able to fit an extra appointment in get our dog in for surgery rather quickly.We have since been back several times for follow up visits and care, and again I have been extremely happy with the service and customer care. One of the times we went for service everyone behind the counter was extremely busy and it took a few minutes to acknowledge we were there, but that is bound to happen on occasion.Again, I have been completely impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone has been in the office and over the phone. I have read a few of the negative reviews, but I have honestly not seen any of these issues with OAH. I have been EXTREMELY happy with OAH and I would recommend them to anyone.”
“Our dog had a bad allergy breakout and needed care right away. At the time, they didn't have an opening until the weekend, but they were able to make some things happen, and within 20 minutes, we were in there and got everything taken care of, so they're amazing.”
“I have been bringing my pups here for about a decade, my shih Tzu wasn’t eating or drinking was suspicious she had a blockage, Dr Keller personally called a local vet near me without me asking to see if they could get my pup in as they could not because they were too busy. First time I have taken my pups elsewhere in all these years. Was appreciative of the efforts, my only complaint would be I wish they wouldn’t take on new clients anymore if they don’t have room to get regulars in for important situations as we have always been able to get in in the past for more emergent situations same or next day which was nice, but regardless still give them 5 stars as deserved since I have been coming for so long and have so must trust and confidence in their handling of my past and current pups.”
“First visit with Eola Point today. Everyone I spoke with was so pleasant; from over the phone, reception, clinical and back again. They made arrangements to get me in on short notice and were quickly responisive to my online schedule request. Very clean office and exam rooms. It did not look (or smell) like a typical veterinarian office to me, felt more upscale. They had a variety of treats and were very thorough discussing not only my chief concern but everything from teeth to tail. Felt like both my cat and I were treated excellent. 10/10”

“We have been going her for many years. We have had three dogs, and all have been given excellent care (including dental cleanings, sterilizations, arthritis treatment, anxiety issues, chronic heart conditions, and an ACL surgery). Doctors are willing to work with Chewy Rx orders (some vets are not).When it comes to cost, they seem to be competitive with nearby facilities. In the past, I have called around for prices on pre-planned surgeries, and their cost was neither substantially more nor less than other vets nearby.A friend who owns parrots has told me this hospital is one of the few in the Chicago suburbs who can provide advanced care for birds. I have often seen unusual and exotic pets in their waiting room, including rabbits, parrots, and even a hamster.The entrance drive to their parking lot tends to sneak up on your if you are coming from Montgomery Road. It's almost immediately after you turn, so go slowly and watch for it on your left. Coming on Montgomery from the direction of Ogden Avenue there is a train track. If you are unlucky to catch a freight train, you will be stuck for a while. The nearest overpass for traffic to avoid the train tracks is on Ogden Avenue, so you might as well just wait for the train.”
“Dr. Cook and his staff are simply amazing. They're caring, communicate well and accommodating. Our 10 year old Australian Shepard had a full tear of his CCL. Our vet gave us a couple referrals to surgeons but none provided the tightrope procedure. We felt the TPLO procedure was far too invasive for a 10-year-old dog so we decided to go with Dr. Cook and are so happy with our choice.”
“If you need someone who is as serious as you are about your dog's wellness and recovery, look no further, the staff here genuinely care about the cause and are extremely well trained.The facility is well kept and managed, I loved the pool area, they understand that dogs coming here have orthopedic issues and the deck is all wood with solid mats covering the walk way to the deck, absolutely no chance of your dog slipping over or finding hard to get up and walk.The equipments are modern and operated by professionals who know what they are doing! Highly recommend.”

“This is the second holistic vet I've take my puppy to and this time I felt like it was a truly holistic experience. Previous place recommended things such as Simperica Trio and there were no detox options or recommendations post vaccine. Autumn Green provided a homeopathic detox, went into an explanation of why certain foods should be avoided, even suggested switching out the water bowl to a material like glass.My puppy was scratching intensely and is on a raw diet, but I had no idea that fish oil should be avoided, which is found in SmallBatch.Overall a fantastic experience.”

“Dr .Strong and his staff cared for my pets for many years. They always find time to fit you into their schedule. They are professional, caring and dedicated to providing excellent care at reasonable prices. Dr Strong helped several of my old dogs pass away with peace and dignity. Even coming out to the car where my Julie lay happily in her bed, to send her to the bridge without the stress of going inside the office.Dr Strong even came in on his day off to do foreign body surgery on my dog as I was so insistent that he was the only one I could trust to save him. Stacy is amazing as well. She remembers EVERYONE and makes them feel like they are special.
