When repairs had been completed and I was unable to pick up my car, an employee kindly offered to have it dropped off and return my rental. I received my car within an hour.

“This is the best place to get work done on your car in the city. The entire staff is amazing and they keep you up to date with the repairs in timely fashion. My vehicle was involved in two accidents this year and the car looks better than it ever has before. Two weeks after my car got fixed after the second accident, I noticed some water getting into my car from under the dashboard. I thought that maybe it had to do something with the repairs so I immediately called the shop. Ryan, who was able to link me to my vehicle (Silver RAV4) after I said my name, explained to me what he thought was going on and told me to bring the car by the shop. When I did, it was exactly what he said it was, then him and his team resolved the issue within no time for me right on the spot. They took my car apart, took all the debris that was lodged in my draining system, and put it back together. Since then, no water is getting into my vehicle, and this fix had nothing to do with the damage that was done from the accident. Talk about caring about your customers. 10/10 customer service - everyone should take their car to this shop in Chicago!”
