“Given the 5-star review, it is obvious they treated my expensive Restoration Hardware furniture with care. What I found above and beyond compared with other moving companies, since I have moved about six times, is that they wrapped every piece of furniture in plastic, then wrapped it in moving blankets, and then taped all of it as if it was being shipped. Some more delicate items had an additional layer of cardboard. Yes, plastic, blanket, cardboard, and tape. It took them 3 hours to complete the entire move. A good friend of mine hired 606 Movers about three years ago, and I helped her. Back then, I was impressed with the excellent care and service they provided. Thus, I hired them for my move this time, and I experienced the same level of professional services.”

“I had initially booked just a moving service, but due to a last minute change needed to amend the service to a moving and junk removal for my bed/couch. They adjusted for this change with no issue. “Need a car shipped out of the country? My cousin visited from Europe and bought a car here and we found this place to ship it back for him. They are really knowledgeable in the area and can get your car to most major ports. They pack your car into a container that holds one car. The container system (versus something called ro-ro) is good because it lessens the chances your car will be damaged or tampered with. Look to spend about $3-$4K for the single container to a European port. They sometimes may be able to split a container that holds 2 cars for a lesser cost. With the low dollar, they looked to be very busy. Even though the rest of the world hates America, they love to emulate our lifestyle and drive big GMs and Fords. “We were very concerned going into this as it was our first professional move and online reviews for movers are terrible. Researched and got estimates from several companies. Brian Stantosdefano with National Van Lines did a virtual walk through with us and gave us a weight and distance estimate (no Cubic Feet). He also worked with us as we made adjustments adding and removing items from the list based with on stuff we would take ourselves. Brian provided updated estimates each time. In the end we came in under weight and got a small refund. We were also guaranteed a maximum price if we did go over weight. No broken or missing items and movers had to use shuttles at both ends of the move as semi-trucks could not access.”
