We had a last minute move (large three-bedroom condo) and Mike Fallen was gracious enough to fit us into his schedule. Mike and his excellent crew carefully wrapped our furniture, and used their tetris-like skills to use our rented moving truck to full advantage.Our condominium management is very particular about care and consideration for the building, and everyone was impressed with Fallen Movers — our furniture and the building both emerged without a scratch!Mike and his crew are the consummate moving professionals! Most importantly, besides being prompt and hard-working, Mike and his crew are exceptionally kind and easy-going — they were a real joy to work with! “I've used Pack-Men Movers' services for a few moves now, two of which were long distance moves to a farm town in the country of Illinois. And more recently, a move to a new apartment in Chicago.Each time they have been wonderful to work with. On November 4th and 5th, they brought our belongings from storage to our new home. These four guys did such a wonderful job. “This is the second time that I have used ABF Moving's services for an interstate move—this time to move from Chicago to Arkansas, and before that from Vermont to Chicago. ABF shipping is essentially the *only* company I have ever been thrilled to give my business to. With precious few exceptions, their staff are warm, professional, helpful, responsive, and clear. The call operators are fantastic; the staff at the various facilities are equally great. I can't say enough good things about this company. How do they do it? Is it something in the water? Are the wages and benefits just really good? Whatever the magic is, I hope they keep doing it. Moving is always an unmitigated nightmare, and ABF takes some of the sting out.”

Curiously, this review is coming from Saigon (Vietnam) where I’m presently living, to sing praises for a move that took place on the other side of the planet only hours before this writing… this move took two companies, one to go to New England, and the other to stay in the city. Each was flawless.I want to convey a picture of the tender loving care with which four powerful men in blazing red tee-shirts and working as a team, engineered the dismantling, wrapping, lifting, packing, moving, truck loading, and final set-up of my century-old piano. These guys work in concert— non-stop, no talking, no hesitation, alone and together.
