The communication was seamless, they called me frequently to update me about the status of my parts and my claim. They communicated well with my insurance, and they even cleaned out the inside of my car (which admittedly was pretty rough when I brought it in). “I visited Country Collision today and the owner was so up front and HONEST. This buisness is straight forward and not out to price gouge. My wife had bumped a concrete foundation backing up to fill up with gas at a crowded station and scuffed the driver side bumper panel. Country Collision told me that the scuffed up bumper panel on my CR-V just needed wiping off with a little bit of gas and a soft rag. He said he was pretty sure that I would be happy with the results. So, I drove straight home and did what he said and the bumper panel looks like new again. I am elated. Country Collision is an HONEST auto body shop. Before I went to Country Collision in South Chicago Heights, I had gotten 3 repair estimates for minor damage repair to the rear bumper face panel on a 2019 Honda CR-V. Those estimates varied from $500+ to 600+. I could not believe the labor I was being quoted for removal and install and paint for this small repair. THE DAMAGE WAS MINOR! The bumper panel did not need painting. BEWARE. Those other body shops were out to take a lot of money from me for doing little to nothing.”
