“My car was hit while it was parked, and I was pretty stressed about getting it fixed—not just the damage, but finding a place I could trust. From the start, Jason was professional, transparent, and super helpful walking me through the repair process. The repairs were done on time, and my car looks like nothing ever happened—paint matched perfectly, and everything is aligned just right. I also appreciated how Jason kept me updated during the whole process. If you’re dealing with unexpected damage like I was, I highly recommend Prestigious Auto Spa! “DESHUN was great! He provided excellent customer service from beginning to end and even offered me a plate of food, which I really appreciated! He made the process quick and easy, and I would definitely recommend asking for him when you go there. The only downside was that they only had one person handling the finance department, so I had to wait a lot longer to finalize everything. I was finished with Deshun pretty quickly, but ended up waiting almost another two hours to get through financing and complete the paperwork. Other than the wait for finance, everything was great! I had a really good experience overall.”
