“I came into this branch location to use the coin machine. Ashley was very friendly and informative when she helped me cash my coins in. Once she found out it was my son's savings, she mentioned the kids saving and checking accounts in addition to the current bonus when opening a jr. account. He was very thorough in explaining about the accounts and was taking his time to make sure we understood. No appointment was necessary and I did not have to wait to be seen. The other employees were also cordial.”
