I love shopping and patronizing in Park Forest. The reality is this location just doesn’t have the staff. They are extremely slow. You need to prepare yourself for 30-60 minute visit. Kind black women but the experience is always slow. No matter the time of day the experience is never quick.

Went to this branch to open a CD for me and a CD and checking for my son. Joe, the banker was very nice and helpful. He was very thorough in explaining about the accounts and was taking his time to make sure we understood. No appointment was necessary and I did not have to wait to be seen. In my many yrs of banking at this bank they have been nothing but courteous, accommodating and professional. From the guard to the tellers to the bankers. There A 1 in my book.
