“I have generally avoided using Regions for my banking needs because my research has shown them to be a fee heavy institution; however, the death of my brother changed that. Because he banked at Regions ( as well as my two sisters), we set up his estate account through Regions. I must say that every employee that l have dealt with has been informative, friendly and helpful. The services provided are excellent, and there are a myriad of locations available to serve me. In future, l may use Regions for my banking needs. At this time, l have already established my regular accounts at another bank.”

We got our mortgage through them (they service them through First Integrity, a very highly rated company across the river in Missouri) and they were very honest about where the mortgage would be transferred to. “The people at this branch are very helpful and nice.They have the best checking account for any local bank, because one of them does not have overdraft charges if your account is overdrawn. The woman who helped me open an account called me a week after I opened the account to see how the account was doing. I think the bank is a little large for their purposes, however.”
