He not only helped me find the right battery for a good price, but he also gave us an extra good deal, and installed the battery. I felt terrible because it was the middle of this gruesome heatwave. It was an obnoxious install because the battery cage didn’t fit the new battery perfectly, and also, my nosy ass wanted to watch him do it so I could learn. He was SO friendly, explained each step as he did it, and wrestled with the poorly fitting cage until it fit, all with good humor and incredible kindness.
