“Little small places like this are always the best. I had 3 problems - with a door, a window, and a bumper that I thought might be fixed easily, but I didn't know how. Bobby took the time to show me what was wrong in each case and how to fix them myself.”
“My estimate was done quickly. The price was great. The service was fast. The work was very well done. This is a family business, which, have the tendency to CARE.”
“Five stars — Outstanding workmanship and customer service!
I recently had Ryan and the team at Blackwell Kustoms install a Westin HDX Bandit full replacement bumper and AlphaRex NOVA LED headlights on my 2020 Ford F-350 Tremor.
From my first phone conversation with Ryan, I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help. I had a large, heavy bumper arriving by freight, and Ryan graciously agreed to have it delivered directly to his shop. That saved me a considerable amount of trouble.
The installation itself turned out beautifully. The Bandit is a substantial bumper with full grille and headlight protection, and getting everything properly fitted and aligned takes experience and attention to detail. The new headlights look fantastic as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with how the entire front end turned out.
Ryan is also a veteran, and Blackwell Kustoms offers a 10% discount to fellow veterans, which I genuinely appreciated.
It’s refreshing to find a local business where the people are knowledgeable, approachable, and take pride in their work. I felt comfortable trusting Ryan and his team with my truck, and the results speak for themselves.
I highly recommend Blackwell Kustoms and will gladly consider them for future work. Thank you, Ryan, and everyone at Blackwell Kustoms!”
“This auto-body shop is near cornfields on the outskirts of Belleville, IL. There is nothing fancy about it. No frills, no waiting area and absolutely not near any other business' except farmland. However, they took care of two fender-benders for me on two different suvs in 2023 (my Infiniti and my wife's Lexus). The repairs were professionally performed, reasonably priced and delivered on time! I visited several of the more known body shops first, but Westview was able to complete my repairs sooner than some were able to get me in for a quote! I will use them again, but hopefully I won't need to for a long while.”
“Joe is very friendly and easy to do business with. I would give this service 5 stars but, since he takes his time and is the sole employee, it can take a bit of time to get service. He does a fantastic job.”
“A small local shop that turns out great results. The Langlitz's have done three different auto body and paint repairs for us over the years - perfect each time. Small shop - big results.”

“These guys were amazing. So, I got a little frame damage on my car(a decent dent). Now, I'm well aware I'm no mechanical genius, otherwise I would do the work myself after all. However, it also does not take a genius to know that the damage to my car did not require a whole quarter frame replacement. I shopped around at a few other places before finding Route 13 Auto, and the other places were planning on charging me an insane amount of money for something that can just be straighten out(and maybe a little welding), and the reason was because other shops insisted that a frame replacement was necessary. I was a bit shocked because one of these places was another small independent business. I guess I was wrong to assume small businesses would always look out for the little guy. That's why I really appreciate these guys from this place, because they agreed that a replacement was completely unnecessary. They always photograph the progress of their work and showed me. After viewing some of their pictures I was immediately convinced they'll do an amazing job fixing up my car. And sure enough it was as if my car never got messed up, maybe even better. And they only charged me a fraction of what other places were quoting me. Please look at the before and after photos I've attached, and I'm sure all of you would agree that an entire replacement was completely unnecessary.”

“Moving here from another state only 4 months ago-we don’t really have knowledge of the area yet, but when I wrecked my car and the insurance company gave me shops to pick from I went with the one with the best reviews and I have to say Steve’s is a great place-honest and kept me informed every step of the way. The customer service is spectacular. I definitely recommend.”
“These guys are the best! They work magic, it's as if the damage never happened. They work with insurance really well too, I needed a supplemental claim and they handled I'll of it. I didn't have to do anything, they even put on the after market I ordered. I would send my grandma to them.”
“We recently had some work done on our car, Feb '25 at Mike Bach auto body. They gave us an estimate which was very fair. The work was done on time and on budget. We are very happy our friends gave us this referral.”
“I know that Roy and his team are skilled in both the claims process, and the repair process. As a business owner, it's important to call out the ones who do it right. Keep it up guys

“We’re very happy with Collision XS
They explained all of the work that needed to be done ahead of time. No surprises. When the car was fixed it looked brand new! They’re now our go-to garage.”
