I see someone complaining about asking for a trim and not getting much taken off, but that's the definition of a trim.
My son asked for a trim on top and over an inch (almost 2 inches) were taken off. He asked for a number 2 around the very bottom and sides, which was taken too high but at least a number 2.
Be happy with a trim that's really a trim. It's hard to put hair back on.

We went in for shampoo and blow dry, not realizing they don't offer it. My daughter and I got haircuts instead. They were quick and friendly!

Bad customer service. Unfriendly. And a bad hair cut. No coupon makes this place worth it. Definitely won't be returning.

They have one lady that cuts the hair great. The ohter staff really dont do the best job with details and back of the necks. I was very disappointed with my sons haircut this past visit.

Jessica has cut my hair for a few years now. She's awesome! Service is quick, the price is reasonable & the staff is always pleasant.

Did not really feel like the price I paid was worth it. Asked for a trim and it doesn’t seem like much was taken off. Sprayed down my hair and brushed it, getting water running down my face in the process. Stylist was nice, but not sure I’d go back.

Got a bad cut and it will take awhile before I get another one bc the stylist used a razor. It's so short I look like a guy. Plus I tipped her 7dollars. What a waste
