They were able to turn a very negative event into an positive experience. Dawn and her team were wonderful to work with from beginning to end, making sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. They ended up having to rebuild my ring in order to ensure that the diamonds would be safe in the future. I am so, so happy with the end result. My ring looks exactly like my original engagement ring, but somehow even more beautiful. I'm so glad I entrusted Artigem with this very important job. “Great service, and friendly staff. I brought in a wooden watch with plastic parts that had stopped working. It's my wife's favorite..I asked them if they thought they could fix it? It's definitely way cheaper than their typical merchandise. They were sincere and didn't laugh me out of the store with my request. They said they would look at it and do what they could. They called me a week later and told me to come collect my watch. It was fixed. Awesome! Would gladly return.”
