Charlie was super helpful in appraising my engagement ring and was thoughtful and honest when explaining its value. “I brought in a pendent on Tuesday because I had just noticed I was missing a sapphire, out of the 30 year old setting and my grand daughter had just picked that necklace to wear with her blue dress to her junior prom. He said it would be done in a week, which I thought would be fine until I found out her prom was this Saturday.! I called a back, offered to pay extra to have it repaired by Saturday and he said he would have it done by Friday, without any extra charge.. The next day he called and it was completely fixed and was beautifully cleaned for my granddaughter. Thank you for your true kindness and excellent work.”
