When I say 5 stars across the boards. I had very intuitive conversation with BRIANA this morning, She went above and beyond to help to understand my policy. She was very knowledgeable, warm and friendly.She was very realistic and made my concern feel heard. Pleased she is aboard the KJ team.. She’s a good one.
