I would give zero stars if possible. As a truck driver, I’m used to quick unloads—most stores take 10-15 minutes. But this location wasted an hour and a half just to unload. Completely inefficient and a waste of my time!

Not sure what happened but gal that grooms cats must of had an extremely dull set of blades the day our cat was brought in for grooming. Used this service a couple of times in the past, same lady so, a couple of weeks later and the coat still looks choppy. Finding a cat groomer, specifically, in this area is challenging.

We just got Mr. Buddy a shampoo and cut from a very sweet lady who I trusted and was so calm and loving to Buddy. I'm definitely gonna go back when he needs another cut!

Paid extra for the furminator brush and my dog came home shedding just as bad as before. And her second coat was still showing on her back end . I get she is a hairy dog but a little more effort for 88$ plus tip would have been nice. Second time I’ve had trouble . I’m done with them.

I love this place, but damn have the prices gone up. Not surprised, everything has gone up. Just have to keep up with the sales they have. It's local n close to home so that's a plus.

Groomers / grooming policy: appointments are scheduled for three dogs in a 3 hour block. So if your appointment is 3pm, your dog may be groomed at 3, 4, or 5pm. The kicker is that they'll wash all three at the same time, dry and groom the first one, and stick the other two in kennels - wet - until their turn. So your dog could be sitting in a kennel wet for two hours.
