He fixed a leak for cheap a while back and when I went back for another tire issue, unfortunately he could fix this issue(and not at all his fault, it was an impossible fix). He gave me a lot of good advice and alternatives. He didn’t try to overcharge or make me buy things I didn’t need.

They don't try to add stuff to fix on your car like some places do. They are honest and that's hard to find these days. I would highly recommend them!!!!”

“I had my oil changed a few days before visiting Rowan T&A, & that business told me they couldn't get air in or out of one of my tires.
I went to Rowan T&A on a Saturday morning & told them I needed a valve stem replaced. The waiting room is roomy & they have a TV. I was seated maybe 2 minutes & the service tech came in, the gentleman behind the desk told him what I needed & we went out to my vehicle.
I told him what happened a few days before & he bent down, took my cap off & let a little air out of my tire. ?? I can't believe I didn't check it myself. He then checked to be sure there was no leak around the stem, & put air in all of my tires & told me to have a good day.
I will always go back there because of this one act of honesty. ??♀️”

“I had a flat tire Sunday and was concerned I might not be able to get it fixed in time for Monday when I would have to transport my kids to school and get myself to work. I found Firestone with an internet search and called them. Ashley told me they could look at it right away so I brought it in. In about an hour (they were busy working on other cars so couldn't get to my vehicle right away) they patched my tire and the cost was way less than I was expecting. I am so appreciative of their quick and friendly service. And so reasonably priced!”
