“Firestone in Fairview Heights absolutely saved my Sunday morning! I was dealing with a dying car battery and was left stranded by NTB down the street, who failed to open for their posted hours. I called Firestone in a bind, and they told me to come right over. They got my truck in right away without an appointment and handled the situation quickly and professionally. To top it off, the cost was actually cheaper for the exact same battery compared to the price quote I got from NTB! They truly went above and beyond my expectations. It is incredibly refreshing to find a business that is reliable, ready to work, and cares about helping customers when they are in a stressful spot. I will absolutely be coming back here for future.
