“I just happened to be driving by this shop when I watched my tire pressure drop from 40 down to 10 due to running over something with the square construction. I saw the AC Delco sign and pulled in Friederich Auto & Radiator praying they could help. The owner, Glenn & his 2 automotive techs said no problem, we don't want you driving an unsafe vehicle. “My transmission on my Ford Escape went out New Year’s Eve. The dealership quoted me $9,000. I called a bunch of other transmission places and they couldn’t get to my car till a month out. I called Randy Foster’s and explained I use hand controls so I needed my car done before a month wait. Tammy was great and was able to get me in right away and for $4,000! Even when the first transmission had an issue, they communicated with me to let me know they had another one express delivered to get it done in under a month, which would’ve been faster but January winter storms caused a delay in everything. Even when I got my car back and had some questions on some sounds, they took the time to check out my car and let me know that everything was taken care of. Great people, and I would highly recommend them.”
