Called another shop and they wouldn't even check my hoses or seals, only wanted to put a rebuilt in or nothing. Chrosno's was amazing. I had the truck towed their and he had it inspected and fixed the next day. Affordable, reliable, and friendly. If you need transmission work I highly recommend them.”

“My transmission on my Ford Escape went out New Year’s Eve. The dealership quoted me $9,000. I called a bunch of other transmission places and they couldn’t get to my car till a month out. I called Randy Foster’s and explained I use hand controls so I needed my car done before a month wait. Tammy was great and was able to get me in right away and for $4,000! Even when the first transmission had an issue, they communicated with me to let me know they had another one express delivered to get it done in under a month, which would’ve been faster but January winter storms caused a delay in everything. Even when I got my car back and had some questions on some sounds, they took the time to check out my car and let me know that everything was taken care of. Great people, and I would highly recommend them.”

“Nothing but high praise for Chris and his crew. He discovered a pin sized oil leak. They couldn’t get me in for about a week but told me it was OK to go ahead and drive it. I didn’t make it a week until my appointment, my car quit three days early. The entire crew at LaDrew was very professional and kind, they got me in right away and fixed my car. I didn’t think I would have it back for three or four days, but I got it back the end of that day. As I had the way to get up there to get my vehicle, they came and got me and took me back to the shop. Chris explained everything that they did, and I greatly appreciate their help. I have only been in Collinsville for about a year and they have been recommended by almost everyone. I ask about a mechanic. “had an unexpected problem with my sun roof and it wouldn’t close, so after calling so many mechanics if they could squeeze me in for a short notice no one could take me. I called Full Circle Auto Service and Micheal was so great and took me in within a short notice. Both him and his father were all smiles and even offered me coffee while I was waiting. I left my car and were able to fix my problem within 2-3 hours. I was very pleased with how great the customer service interaction was and how understanding both Michael and his father were of my unexpected situation. It was also very reasonably priced. Definitely will be coming back for their mechanic services !”
