No mail pick up or deliver since Friday. Today is now Tue. When I call the 62221 location some thug sounding guy answers and when I start to ask about it he hangs up. They let it ring, pick up and hang up on you. Bunch of hood rats working here.

Greg was extremely rude and unprofessional. I should have just went to millstadt where they have common sense!!!
