My husband and I are waiting for an insurance check that should have come Saturday and it did not. The guy that delivered our mail put it in someone else's mailbox and now we have to figure out what to do. I just wish that these YOUNG mail delivery people would take responsibility for their jobs and not just put mail anywhere and just READ the mail and the deliver it to the right address. This is ridiculous. This is not the first time that this guy has messed up our mail. ?

Mail man has been reported for throwing my boxes and causes damage but yet he still does it. my wife tried to wave him down cuz she watched him on the door ring camera and he chucked it and RAN then on the back way ( we live on a dead end ) he would NOT look at her waving his way but she said he heard her ask to stop throwing our stuff. some white kid super rude but the other black kid always so polite sets it up correctly neatly and just does his job the way it should be. I dont understand why keep someone who cost you money he obviously cant only be doing this to my family. Hire better folks and fire the ones who need it ! Its mid holidays and hes ruining ppls things kids stuff ect poor management

I ordered a Temu package for my expecting daughter and grand children a few weeks ago. I was excited when I received a message saying my package had been delivered. But to my disappointment there was nothing left on my porch or in my mailbox. I went to the post office on Dutch Hollow and asked for the supervisor. He went to the back and returned with the shocking news that my package had been delivered to the wrong address. He told me he would send the carrier back to the house it was mis delivered to and call me back that night. No call. It was now Veterans weekend so I had to wait until Monday with no information on my package. I called on Monday and Tuesday and I stopped by there on Wednesday. All they kept telling me was they were trying to retrieve the package but had no luck. It’s over a week at this point and after the last call to the post office, I was told to file a claim. They were very unprofessional, uncaring and not interested to assist me further.

This post office works their workers to the bone. The post master and supervisor are terrible and have no idea how to run a post office. Delivery drivers should not be starting work at 930 am and not getting home until well after 8 or 9 at night and getting only one day off a week and it’s not the same day every week. Absolutely ridiculous no wonder no one wants to work for the post office. What happened to no mail on Sundays? People have families that they would like to be with and children they would like to watch grow up. Not work their whole lives away. Do better USPS.

When people go here for help, there's always a problem, or a reason or you're always waiting over half hour at this location. So it's a waste of time, except to drop off a letter in the box. Counter service is the most unhelpful, ever, making excuses so they don't have to do much. Not a surprise in these parts. The counter staff should be replaced with kiosks, and then a customer can get business done efficiently and without excuses that fall FLAT . We're not all idiots, we know lazy and refusal to do a job when it happens.

We are tired of NOT receiving our mail, and it’s most/ all of the neighborhood! IF we even get mail, we get some of the neighbors mail too! This needs to change, DO BETTER USPS

frequent problems with delivery mail not being sent on from this address being told mail not. received checks not being cashed for payments. happen ed before where is my mail. after last set of complaints received 22 pieces in one day and 10 the next belleville west p.o. scary.

Package said available for pickup because it got sent to a non existent address in Belleville . USPS customer service told me it’s there just to wait 45 mins and for them to tell me it’s not here probably it’s just doing circles in a truck since it doesn’t have a real adress . Why would you send it out again if it’s not a real adress and why don’t u have a designated area for packages. Person at the desk said a manager was looking for my package but they never came and spoke to me ! Everytime I come here everyone has horrible attitudes and seems like they weeent even trying to find my package they were laughing .Worst part of the situation is this is a $350 ring for my girlfriend and now I can’t get my package .

Today (4/19/23), in our daily mail delivery, we received a St. Patrick's Day card post marked 3/14, an Easter card post marked 3/31 and a wedding invitation not post marked at all. They came from different locations. We've had more days with zero mail deliveries than I've ever seen before. If I were running the Post Office, I would spend less money in national advertising to say how good we are doing, and more money trying to actually get better. Just saying . . . .

I just had a package delivered. I didn't know it was common practice to stay in the truck and throw the package at my door. It had breakables in it and I'm very upset. I will be filing a formal complaint. I guess he didn't know I had a camera.. sad to say the least

Closes at 6:30 Monday thru Friday? Don’t believe it. I was there at 5:45 to pick up a package. Employee virtually kicked everyone out at 6:00. Yes, sign on door said 6:30.

I went into the post office on a rainy Wednesday afternoon. They had everything I needed to package my delivery, the staff was helpful, and the line moved quickly enough.It's pretty dreary in there though, which I guess is to be expected at a government facility.

Automatic helper not able to understand my request at all, and going on and on about Covid and stamps...finally, when rerouted to speak to an agent, a message stated no agents are available at this time "but we care about your business" so call again. I was also supposed to leave a feedback of my experience - needless to say, I was never "rerouted" to that service - awful

I’ve tried to get through this place and ask why mail delivery is so sporadic lately. The automated system is designed to get you off their back immediately. I guess I’ll have to change mail delivery to pick it up myself. Update 12/1/2022. Tried walking into location and there was we a notice stating they were closed until further notice due to shortage of staff..

Very unprofessional they don't answer the phone when customers call. Iv'e been calling them for an hour because my mail ain't being delivered in my apartment building. Y'all gotta do better people
