They have tons of stuff at 20 25 even 30 dollars so they need to change the name. Also there's always like 1 or 2 people working for such a big store. And they dont trust you to check out on your own. They do it for you while asking you for donations loool”

“It's loud, but the deals are hard to beat. I arrived just after work and the aisles were packed with energetic shoppers. Everything's so affordable, it's easy to see why it's busy, but prepare for a bit of a hustle.”
“It is a store with a variety of products at affordable prices (toys, clothing, shoes, exercise items, art supplies, food, snacks, makeup, etc.), whether to buy or just to hang out (you will hardly not buy something ). It is a place where you are very likely to find a gift without spending a lot.”
“We was able to get what we needed but the wait time was crazy. The cashier ( name tag said GET) called 3 times for help and when the other cashier came she had an attitude. Before I left I let her know that she was doing an amazing job despite the lack of help.”

“I have only gone to this location a few times and everyone is very kind. The store in general is very clean and organized. I do have to point out one worker, I believe her name is Angelica or Angela (I am so bad at names but she was working tonight 5/29 at around 8pm) She was absolutely, ever so sweet and helped me out with what I wanted today. I feel it’s important for workers to be recognized and she does. Shout out to you love also I loved your nails! 🌸☺🩷”

“This is the best location of five Below! Well organized and neatly kept. Employees are very friendly and always attentive. Today I went with my kids to this location. Associate 906155 at Register 3 and one other employee were so helpful and attentive to our queries. Sorry I didn’t ask their names. I came to this location from Niles location. There is so much difference in employees between these 2 location. I recommend everyone to come to this location for great experience.”
“I had not been to this establishment for quite sometime. Looks more organized, able to maneuver carts through aisles more easily, better lighting & a better selection of products. My only concern is coming into the store trying to hold the door open while pushing a cart inside”

“I went to this store and was amazed at how clean, organized and well merchandised the store is. Yeah, if you know, you know, most Family Dollars are a hot mess BUT not this one. While in there shopping, I heard customers being checked out inform the cashier that they too were impressed. When I got to the register I said it too. It just so happen to be the store manger that was cashiering. I can tell it meant a lot to hear this from the customers. She told me she is the store manager and has been at that location for 3 years. She didn't want her location to be what we have come to expect of a Family Dollar. I mean, merchandising and organization was never on my expectations when I walked into them but it is what I found at this location. I hope she recognized. She seemed to be the only employee working. Well done. Keep up the good work and thank you for raising YOUR bar.

“Five Below is above and beyond any expectation. They even have impressive hires. I cannot express how r8ddled with embarrassment I might very looked at returning a pore vacuum to this store. As the manager, cool inspected the device which had abruptly stopped working, I noticed that the oils and guuuck from my first attempt was still trapped in a suction cap. I offered to remove it from the return but she calmly reassured me that the device's integrity should have lasted beyond the first use and that it and what oily residue remained in the coil would not be kept for further inspection. She issued a refund for the full cost and even placed the balance on a gift card which I was able to use the same day. An issue of refund to the original card used for purchase mightve taken a week longer. Her five below transfer of the balance to a gift card allowed a preferable measure of timely resolution and made me a loyal give below consumer for life. Thank you thank you thank you. THANK YOUUU.
I SWEAR. If you've never purchased there before, want something that almost Noone but a college student or fashionable adult is likely to carry in their bag or have as a conversatiknstarter in their home: Shop 5 Below.. they are above and beyond .”

The store always fully stocked, Ordering regularly to replenish the out of stock items. Employees & Management very courteous, even greeting guest when entering the store, walk distance from & to the Blue Line E station.”
