“My experience with Integrity has been excellent. My husband and I moved to Belvidere over a year ago and recently ran into multiple car issues. The first mechanic we brought my car to did not find the major problem that integrity ended up finding and they fixed it right away. They’re efficient with their work and completely honest. I worked with Emir a lot during our car troubles, and he was nothing but honest with me which I couldn’t appreciate more. Their prices are very reasonable and they provide a full inspection of the car on a system that shows the customer what problems are most concerning vs being dishonest and making you fix every little problem like some mechanics will do.
I am now bringing my car there for all my tire rotations & oil changes going forward.

“Was recommended to bring my car here by my family’s mechanic for transmission issues, I got my car in to the shop right before they closed expecting to just drop it off, they immediately checked it out, ran codes, test drove it, and gave me all of the information I needed to give to the dealership since VW doesn’t have the parts or info available for the shop to fix it. They told me everything I needed to tell the dealership and gave me all the information I needed so I can get my car fixed without the dealership doing more than what’s needed. So appreciative for their help and taking the time at the end of their day to get me in quickly and make sure I was fully informed before leaving!”

“blew a tire 2 hours away from home and needed an emergency tire. called every shop and they were the only ones who could get us in. didn’t have to wait at all, amazing customer service and super cool people! great price only paid $100 for the tire and having it mounted. was out within 20 minutes. had a small issue with tire sizing but they worked it out for us. even offered to have it mounted onto the car. would highly recommend even if you’re local”

“My car was hit in Rockford, IL. and my car was towed by chance to Gerber Collision And Glass in Belvidere. I was not from that area and very unsure as to what to do. Margie and Spencer at Gerber were amazing! When I spoke to Spencer he told me not to worry. He called the tow truck, who gave me a ride to Gerber with my car. When I arrived Margie explained the process and said they would be in touch after accessing all the damage. During the repair process, Spencer would call and inform me of the process and what had to be done next. I NEVER had to call them for an update, Spencer always beat me to it. I licked my car up and I was like the accident never happened. Margie took car of one little issue that was due to an insurance approval. She got it taken care of immediately. The team there is great!”

“Always able to find good deals, but for a farming community, they need to build a much, much bigger store. They've got a few items in stock, but nothing compared to other stores in the area. Still, competitively priced and good to grab some very basic supplies.”
“Needed two tires replaced. Staff were friendly and helped me with the skid plate that was hanging off underneath. However the only thing I noticed is the wait time is too excessive for the tasks needed to be done. As I tried to determine why it would take 2.5 hours I noticed that they went from vehicle to vehicle rather than starting and sticking to one vehicle till the task was complete. Overall I was satisfied with the work and the tires are great. I just see that some organization and focus could increase business and decrease customers wait time.”

“Passing through Belvidere and stopped for gas; noticed the smell of coolant and checked under the hood to see coolant sprayed all over the engine compartment.
Checked google maps for nearby auto repair; found Sipe's Auto and saw that very good ratings had been posted about their services.
I called and talked to Dave, he troubleshot the problem on the phone and said to let the engine cool down, then drive it for the 2 minutes it would take to get to his shop.
Arrived with the temp gauge past the 3/4 mark. Dave immediately began to look at my car. I was pleasantly surprised at this as his garage and lot were full of cars and he and his staff seemed quite busy working on them.
Dave found the problem, which was a cracked radiator hose inlet. Said getting a new radiator would take 2 hours and installing it another 2 hours. I assumed he would not be able to begin work that day and started thinking about car rentals or Uber rides back to the Chicago area. My next surprise was hearing he could work on it as soon as the part arrived.
Dave directed me to a local diner for breakfast and afterward, I took an Uber to the library. After 4 hours had passed, Dave called, telling me that the job was completed. My last surprise was seeing parts and labor costs that were well definitely under the prices that I've paid for auto repairs in suburban Chicago.
I highly recommend Dave and Sipe's Auto for his great service and how he treated me as a stranded customer. He is not part of any of those large auto repair conglomerates with fancy waiting rooms. Just a good old fashioned auto mechanic. 5 stars is not a high enough rating. Thanks Dave!”
