“I was driving from Des Plaines to East Dubuque for work when my car suddenly started roaring. I googled the nearest shop, and was blessed with the best one. Jessica started the experience with warmth and patience. Brad ended it with knowledge and honesty.
Brad broke down the problem (my muffler was rusting off), and options so there was absolutely no confusion. I was very happy with the quotes for both options as well. I was on a schedule so I couldn’t stay for the permanent fix but the temporary fix was solid and quick. I drove home with no problems and no worries.
