“I can not say enough great things about Wheels by R.T.! Especially Terry. First of all, their inventory has some beautiful cars! I was looking at a car in their inventory and submitted an inquiry. Terry reached out promptly. He was great to speak with. Very down to earth and not your typical "pushy used car salesman". We spent some time while discussing my interests and options for financing. I am 5 hours away in another state, which can make things challenging and scary at the same time but Terry was there with me every step of the way which gave me comfort. The comfort you will want when buying a sports car from another state. Throughout the process Terry helped me to put every step in place so once I made the drive to pick up the car everything would be seamless and seamless it was. Terry and I spoke on the phone so many times he feels like a family member now lol! The professionalism didn't stop once I arrived. If you've ever bought a sports car at a dealership before you'll know how awkward it feels when the salesman is attached to your hip. Like they don't trust you with looking the car over or test driving it and they hover over you while you are inspecting the car. Not Terry, he handed me the keys and gave me all the space I needed to feel like I could really inspect the vehicle and play with it comfortably with no pressure. The document process was super fast also. Took about 10 minutes to finish and Terry handled that also which was the icing on the cake. I never liked the way other dealerships' salesmen hand you off to a new person for the paperwork once they've hooked you in. It feels like those other places just don't care about anything but making a sale. Again, not here. They really are top notch. I highly recommend them no matter where you are located.”

“On 1/16/24 I called to get an appointment and I wasn't expecting it to be the same day. I was a little spectacle when the front end female said they do a thorough look over the vehicle - I said please don't add any fluids (I'm very pick what goes in my car). She probable thought I was rude or crazy lol.Over all I was very pleased with my visit and was not expecting such great service (they even cleaned my windows for me). I will be back again and very much recommend this place for sure.Thank you guys for an awesome job!!!!”

“Very professional and trusting. I blew the engine in my 2015 Honda Accord. The auto clinic was able to find one, quote a very reasonable price, and I'll say maybe a little over a week I was back on the rode. This was several months ago and the engine runs like new. There are alot of bs shops locally and the Auto Clinic is just top tier when it comes to this field. Pay the money and never worry about the rest.”

“My wife first started using Bove's Auto Repair because she is very busy and runs a Local Business here in Rockford, IL., and they actually came to her store, picked up her vehicle, took it back to their shop and did their magic, & then delivered/dropped it back off at her store Before she was even ready to go home for the day. All as a FREE courtesy service! (Of course we payed for the work they did). Who does that?? Then, we just resently "Broke down" (vehicle wouldn't start because of bad alternator), and we had it towed straight to Bove's while they were closed on a Sunday after hours. The Tow truck driver simply left the key to the vehicle in their night "drop box". And first thing Monday morning, I call to check and make sure they were aware of why the vehicle was there, and sure enough, they had already pulled it into their shop and were already working on it! Mel is a Delight to talk to on the phone and was very helpful.They got it fixed in a reasonable amount of time (they had to wait for new parts to be delivered) and at a reasonable price. It was back running good as new by early afternoon that same day. Tony and the Team take pride in what they do, and do a great job of it. They surely have my business, and I highly recommend Bove's to anyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

These fellas charged me reasonably and Eli, the owner, even gave me a ride home, to get a part (I chose to get a part from an auto store) and picked me up when my car was ready. They even found the error of another shop and tried to fix it for me but, the part was not available.
