First, I went here because it was the closest place my insurance covered. The first year it took well over a month for them to even order my contacts let alone get them. Then, my daughter took in her old frames to get her updated script installed. It was obvious they hadn't even sent them out when they claimed they did. Then, one pair was fine, the other had two different strengths in each lense! What a con! So now we need to go back yet again to have it fixed. Wouldn't recommend...buyer beware.

Called to order my glasses and reached an unregistered voicemail box and left a message......a month ago. I don't have time for this. Unprofessional. I'm getting a second opinion and if I could change my survey, I would.

The doctors was professional and knowledgeable. The doctor explained the process of each test and asked if I had any questions.
The opticians were welcoming and pleasant to work with even though I was not getting glasses there. The opticians did not have a change of attitude towards me.

I had a wonderful experience at Pearle. The 3 women I interacted with were all genuinely nice, helpful, and good at their jobs. I was in and out quickly which I appreciated. I will return to this store next time I need new glasses !

Nice enough office. Selection is rather small for frames. I have concerns about their security of your data here. They ask a lot of non-relevant to service questions and Peral has been through a number of data breaches. The receptionist was literally discussing password sharing while I was there. 🤦♂️

Service 5 stars!! Prices STEEP 3 STARS even with insurance paid $360 with 2 small discounts otherwise would have paid $400 easy. Cheapest frame alone in store $150 with very limited selection. Maybe PV should carry some frames that are not ALL UPSCALE DESIGNER frames for people on a budget. And well any decent lenses be expected to pay. I cannot say Im not at all happy with my glasses but definitely didn't expect to pay this much.

The staff at this location do not explain things very well. First when I walked in, I was told I had to produce all my information again. When I advised them that nothing has changed, I was told they had a system update and I had to provide everything again. REALLY -no information migration? Turns out, that wasn't even true, according to the Dr., the system update was in 10/22 and my previous appointment was 01/23.Second, when the price was significantly higher than I anticipated, the staff just kept saying that is with insurance and the price is $xxx without it. When I asked for a breakdown, I kept being told "material". All I needed was lenses for my existing frames. And I wasn't the only one, another person was asking the same about a higher than anticipated charge for contact lens fitting. Pearle Vision has very high costs and they upgrade EVERYTHING without explaining to the customer what and why.

We ended up being there for 3 hours with my husbands and I's appointments because they were short staffed. The girl in the front was very sorry and I felt bad for her but it was a LONG appointment that we did not expect. The eye exam was fine for both of us.

The exam itself was fast, but I don't appreciate the $200 new patient fee and how expensive the contacts were. $189.99 for contacts and wasn't given options

Kathleen Janssen, DO was knowledgeable, professional, thorough and friendly with my eye exam. The assistant was also friendly and professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
