“I have to give a shout out the pharmacist Kellie. I was having a problem with getting my daughters epi pens from walgreens that she has been prescribed for almost 3 years. I needed a Dr authorization and my insurance did an expedited authorization. Come to find out it was a talking epi pen and wlagreens let my daughter go without having it instead of telling me why it was taking the insurance so long to approve it. Kellie told me right away why it was taking so long and got it approved and sent in from the Dr office within 1 day of transferring it from walgreens. Thank you so much for Kellie for taking care of my daughter and making sure she had her life saving medication. We will no longer be using walgreens and making the switch to walmart.”

Even when we moved to Rockford for about a year, they offered to give my grandma free delivery just to keep her business. There is only one downside that I wished they had.
