“Matthew is always such a nice young man! Best pharmacist in Rockford hands down. Today, I had an issue with the young girl who works behind the counter and answers the phone. I could barely understand her over the phone because she was hardly enunciating. For whatever reason, she couldn't give me definite answers on my prescription. When I showed up in person, the pharmacist kindly apologized and gave me what I needed. I'm not gonna lie though, this isn't the first time that this has happened. Hopefully they will get a new person to answer the phone because she does not know how to answer a question .”

He helped us on a Friday night through drive thru and while we were early, he got it done and provided us information about the new med. He is always friendly in the drive thru and he shared some medical information about the drug which was very helpful. Highly recommend him.”
