“1 A.M., AFTER 12 HOURS ON THE ROAD, MY TRAILER WAS DAMAGED AND COULD NOT BE PULLED. BILL SHOWED UP FOR A PRE TOW INSPECTION SO HE WOULD KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HE NEEDED. LOOKING AS IF HE JUST WOKE UP, HE WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY... REASSURING. MY MINI NIGHTMARE INSTANTLY FADED INTO CALM PEACE OF MIND. THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR THE WORK AND DISTANCE NEEDED. I DIDN'T GET THE DISPATCHERS NAME, BUT SHE WAS AMAZING AS WELL. THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE, AND THESE FOLKS ARE SOME OF THE BEST!”
“We were visiting over the weekend and got two nails in our tire right as we came into town. We didn't realize until morning when our tire was completely flat Friday morning, Bud's was gracious enough to squeeze us in that day, and although the tire wasn't fixable and needed to be replaced, they patched us up for free so we could get somewhere that had a tire in stock. Everyone we talked to was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. A truly five star experience!”

“Neal dropped me off at home live close by. They came back picked me up to get my truck. I was glad to get my truck serviced it really needed suspension and back breaks. Neal said I didn't need Struts which I was happy to hear and I didn't need back rotors just breaks. 2 repair shops said I needed them happy I didn't it was the sway bar that was loose I got a wheel alignment. I do appreciate their honesty. Although I wouldn't have mind getting new Struts since the truck is 15 years old and I don't have the last service record other than tune up done at 80,000 miles. New Struts up the road means another wheel alignment mechanic did mention it being a possibility ? later. My honest reaction to the price is overpriced since I didn't get Struts. ?”

“As the title says, they do qualify engine work. They completely rebuilt my Ford flathead v8. Not too many places know how to work on flatheads. The plane was owner, Jan, will do whatever it takes to make it right. All the employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this business.”

“Traveling and truck wouldn't start after stopping for fuel. After several phone calls, I spoke to Jeff at Route 66 and they were able to look at the truck as soon as I could get it towed in. Mike himself at Mikes Towing came right away and very nice and friendly. Simple fix at Route 66 and omw within 30 minutes. Best part-"NO charge"! HIGHLY recommend these guys and Mikes towing! “Early may my wife and I purchased 2017 armada platinum from kingdom auto. When we met the owner Dan King we emediatly were impressed. Dan is truly an HONEST person and caring dealer. We worked a price and he threw in a free 60 day / 3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I warned him I would pick the vehicle over during this time which I did. Had an inspection done ,resulted in 4 pages of issues needing repaired along with other preventative maintenance I wanted done. All this AFTER purchase. Dan stood behind his word 100 percent. “Took my vette in there for lifter noise, Tim and his boys jumped right into it. Came to the conclusion it had a bad cam and a lifter was stuck in the motor. Tore the engine down found out it was just put together to sell the car. Sold me one of his rebuilt small blocks, very professional service, fast and courteous. Highly recommended”

“Big shoutout to Tom and the auto team at Walmart in Litchfield! I had a wheel blowout on a Monday (because of course ?), and after calling a few places that couldn’t help, the tow truck driver recommended Walmart. I usually don’t expect much from Walmart service, but this time I was seriously impressed!
Tom was kind, helpful, and had me back on the road in just a couple of hours. He made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m super grateful.
Bonus tip: If you’re stuck waiting like I was, there’s an amazing nail salon within walking distance called Star Nails. Ask for a gentleman named Dennis—he was excellent! So gentle, present, and thorough. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had (and I didn’t even want polish!).
