“A group of us college friends visited Hanuman Mandir in Glenview, and the experience was truly spiritual. The peaceful atmosphere instantly made us feel connected as a family. Attending the Aarti on Tuesday was the highlight — the collective chanting, divine energy, and the warmth from the devotees created a sense of brotherhood and positivity. It’s a blessing to have such a serene place here in Chicago where we can feel so close to Lord Hanuman's presence. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace and blessings.”
“I have visited this establishment several times due to their well-organized events aimed at supporting Ukraine. The service provided is exceptional, and the staff are remarkably friendly.”

“A truly fabulous church home. Everyone is like family. Pastor Kelly is a godsend whose heart it truly focused on teaching the full truth of God's Word and teaching us to faithfully love and follow God. He's also terrific at guiding us through the difficult passages. This church has small groups, a large ministry for kids up through high school. Young adult and senior's groups are here too. There is a terrific community outreach program, plus so much more. This is the best church in the Glen Ellyn area! Come visit us.”
“As a family, we like going to mass here. My kids have been attending the Religious Education program for many years. My youngest has been there since Kindergarten. Yes, they offer R.E. for Kindergarteners. Even after receiving the sacrament of First Communion, they offer continuing R.E. classes up to and including confirmation. Many parishes that I know of only offer the preparation for First Communion and preparation for Confirmation but nothing in between those spiritual and faith formative years.”
“Church where I found Jesus.,,When I found JesusHe was standing over meI was down and out and living on the streetThere were times I could've diedBut the Lord was by my sideI didn't know it then but I'd been saved by the blood of Jesus"GOD BLESS THIS CHURCH.”
“Had an amazing experience at Unity Temple today! I ended up being the only one on the guided tour, and even though my English listening and speaking skills aren’t the best, I really appreciated the guide’s patience. They slowed down their speech and frequently explained terms to make sure I understood.
The first half of the tour focused a lot on the design concepts and the details of the building’s restorations over the years. In the second half, the guide delved into Wright’s thoughts on the social role of the church and how these ideas were reflected in the design. One thing that really stuck with me was the idea that a church isn’t just a place for worship, but also a space for serving the community. Wright emphasized the importance of gathering spaces, designing large areas for events, even including a big kitchen so people could come together, share meals, and connect. I found it incredibly moving.”
“The picture of the inside shows a small church setting, attached to a school, which many of my friends attended when they were young!God's house is very attractive!”
“A beautiful Worship Edifice!" Warm and loving people welcome you every time. They are a giving church as well: Food clothing etc.
The pastor and his wife...Pastor Darius and Lady Debra Brooks are beautiful inside and out!!" Love them!"”
“I was a member at this church back in the late 70's. My name at the time was Patricia A Fichter. I had always enjoyed being there on Sundays. People were always so friendly. Sadly I moved away from wooddale, away from Illinois. Would love to visit again”
“If you’re looking for a Spirit-led, Bible-based, open arms kind of church (and why wouldn’t you be?!), check out this church plant(?). It’s of course part of a larger NFC network, but seemed focused on being a blessing to the Villa Park community. It’s meeting in the basement of another church so if you’re looking for deluxe accommodations, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for “salt of the Earth” kind of people, this is a church to check out.”

They are all known for hosting many community events such as the Cancer Walk, establishing the Food Pantry, Yearly trips for the youth group to Colorado and to the Boundry Waters. Complete Sunday Services Led by our Pastor Rev. Co Dutoit who is a Father, Husband and the Holy Best to the rest. You will find a Faithful Home hear that you can take part in or just enjoy. “If you ever needed a word pastor Marvin Wiley is the man to hear it from... He will give it to you in a way you can understand and share the message with a friend..”
“I was there attending a funeral. Sad occasion, but the church was very nice. The priest was very good also. He road a Indian motorcycle and since I have a Harley...I was very impressed!”
“Fr. Tom Bortheroyd used money solely dedicated for the chapel use, then used some of that money for the roof, tried to hide that he did that, and tried to justify it by saying the chapel didn't warrant the money because there wasn't enough people going there, while also trying to stop people from going there. The church is probably better off since his death, I wish this person that I received my first communion from eternal peace”
