I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Their products are good, they have great variety, and this outlet store is well stocked!

“Today, my friend and I decided to check out Chicago Fashion Outlet at Rosemont. We shopped from different retailers including outdoor gear shops. I noticed my wallet my missing. I was in full panic mode since my wallet had all my IDs, insurance cards, DL and some cash. My friend and I retraced our steps back into the different stores with no luck until we finally decided to go back to J Crew where I browsed earlier. Unbelievably, they had my wallet it was turned over by another shopper who found it! Melissa and Aiden are awesome we couldn’t thank them enough. I was in near tears from gratitude. J Crew is fortunate to have them. They are good people and represent excellent customer service. I hope J Crew would recognize their contribution to the store’s reputation. Again, thank you, Melissa and Aiden?”
“Every time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks ??”

From start to finish, they went above and beyond — not just trying to make a sale, but making sure I got exactly what I needed.

The store Needs in store wheel cars for the handicapped ♿️ and an express line for those who can't walk stand for too long. I didn’t get the results I liked, but they were still very good at what they did.The store is extremely well stocked with a huge variety of items!Each department has a good variety of items and sizes and the racks are extremely full.The store is easy to get to from the parking lot. “I visited from Canada and stopped by Nordstrom Rack in Oakbrook to shop for sunglasses and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Nordstrom Rack. Tammy was an absolute gem! She helped me pick out the perfect pair with honesty and care, never hesitating to tell me which styles didn’t suit me. Her energy was warm, and her sincerity truly stood out.
