“They fixed the screen on my iPad within an hour.
Our dog jumped up onto the couch directly into the iPad and shattered the screen. It is an older model iPad so it was just a glass replacement. I called and the gentleman told me 2 hours but could be fixed same day. I was excited and shocked. He called with it finished within an hour. I must have caught him at a great time. The price was VERY reasonable and we were thrilled our day wasn't spent trying to find other alternatives.

“PS5 had HDMI problems. Took it to two Franchise operations. One tried to sell me an insurance policy and told me to wait 40 days to wait for the policy to take effect because they said it was a motherboard issue. The other had me go into the store just to tell me they don't fix PS5s even though I filled out their online form. Danny took my box, plugged it in, told me he'd have it ready the next day, and sure enough, was ready the next day. True professional, support your local businesses.”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

“Excellent service at iPro Repair! My Samsung Galaxy S23+ wouldn't update past Android 13 after I switched carriers, and I needed Android 14 for work MFA. The technician was incredibly patient and worked on it until the upgrade went through. Fixed while I waited, at a very reasonable price. The store is clean and well-maintained too. Highly recommend!”
