One tried to sell me an insurance policy and told me to wait 40 days to wait for the policy to take effect because they said it was a motherboard issue. The other had me go into the store just to tell me they don't fix PS5s even though I filled out their online form. Danny took my box, plugged it in, told me he'd have it ready the next day, and sure enough, was ready the next day. True professional, support your local businesses.”

First thing I asked was is this the same owner from 5 years ago, yes she said.Once I needed a phone repaired and he sent me to a shop. Not selfish, not trying to push a phone just honest to goodness help. And so I return, permanently. Lesson learned, when you find good people stick with them.”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5.
