“I had a great experience with Marlee at AT&T. I came in because I had to replace my iPad through AppleCare and was having trouble getting everything set up. Marlee was incredibly patient and tried multiple times to get it working for me. Even though the setup ultimately didn’t go through, he clearly did everything he could on his end and explained that I would need to call 611 to complete the process, which I plan to do.
While I was there, he also helped me pick up an Apple Watch that I needed and took the time to go over all the details about the WiFi deal they’re offering. Thanks to his thorough explanation, I’ll definitely be taking him up on that offer.
Overall, Marlee was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate his effort and customer service — it made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with.”

“Matt provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I came into the AT&T store in the middle of a chaotic move, last minute needing to switch to AT&T and get internet set up right away. After a failed attempt with a third-party dealer, Matt jumped in to help.
Despite the complicated situation, he was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly proactive—at one point juggling two phones to expedite the process. Thanks to his efforts, my equipment was delivered the next day. What really stood out was his kindness and follow-up, even checking in with me on his day off to ensure the installation went smoothly.
