This is a family-owned business that is truly exceptional with their service. I greatly appreciate Jim being there 2 generations later, and Bryan who serviced my vehicle in less than 10 minutes if that. Ozzie was my first interaction was helpful and welcoming. Ozzie explained the warranty process thoroughly…my second encounter was with Julian whom also was thorough and accommodating. All in all 5 stars and you’re lucky to have such great employees who treat your customer so well.

“I went in looking for something to help me pass my emissions, the manager recommended that I add a Cataclean to help clean my system. Product helped me pass, and saved me a couple of hundred bucks in repairs. The manager cares about the customers and knows his store/products. He was a very polite and really handsome.”

“My car was marking. I needed an engine coolant, I went there to ask for help on what kind I needed for my car... the employee working there was so friendly and helpful! He went outside with me, opened the hood, and checked for me! Turned out the the cap was loose and I had plenty of coolant ! He didn't charged me for his help and didn't accept a tip either! I so recommend this place for all the single ladies with no man to help you out ?❤️”
“I was driving home and noticed my headlight was out. Stop by to buy a new buld and replacement myself. I'm no mechanic so I picked the high beam bulb and Cesar double checked with me and helped me get the correct low beam bulb. I took out the wrong bulb and Marco definitely helped me change the correct bulb.”

“It's been awhile since I stop foot in an auto parts store. The store unfortunately only had 1 employee, what is going on O'Reilly. Luckily for me Robert was on duty. He was on the phone nonstop taking care of customers. He was taking care of a vendor that was dropping off inventory. He took time to address my questions and provided his expertise in helping me with my problem, even though he was busy and alone. Thank you, Robert. O'Reilly is lucky to have such a great employee like you.”
