“Michael at O’Reilly Auto Parts was seriously a huge help yesterday. He came outside and helped replace windshield wipers on my wife’s car and when the first set didn’t fit, he went back and found the correct size at no extra cost. He even figured out how to install them on our Mazda, which honestly has a weird setup compared to most cars. Super patient, professional, and went above and beyond instead of just sending me on my way. Customer service like that is rare now. Thanks again Michael!”

“I had a problem with the Oriellys on Roosevelt road. And with one phone call this store the manager asked me for my account number and within minutes my problems was solved. The other Oriellys staff said my account number wasn't in there system and they couldn't add me in because only a store manager could do it and they didn't have one on duty. And they treated very disrespectful. I needed a Idling pully for a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee”

“It's been awhile since I stop foot in an auto parts store. The store unfortunately only had 1 employee, what is going on O'Reilly. Luckily for me Robert was on duty. He was on the phone nonstop taking care of customers. He was taking care of a vendor that was dropping off inventory. He took time to address my questions and provided his expertise in helping me with my problem, even though he was busy and alone. Thank you, Robert. O'Reilly is lucky to have such a great employee like you.”

He explained the other part would come in a week and gave me the best time of that day to pick up the part to ensure the part is on site. “Hybrid battery replacement went great. **Bruce is a top tier mechanic and an asset to this company! He was so comforting when answering all of my questions regarding install and warranties. He even pivoted from a shop appointment I’d made to doing a remote install when my battery (sooner than expected) died on my way into work the day before I was supposed to take my Prius into the shop! Install was done in the parking lot while I was at work, and I was able to walk out at night to a happy car that got me home safely!
Made a lifelong customer over here. I can’t sing their praises enough.”
