“I stopped by today because the „oil low“ sign suddenly popped up driving on the highway. That never happened to me before and I didn‘t know anything about how to do it haha. The assistant manager, I believe her name was Susanne, even came outside to check out the car and where the oil should go! Awesome service and we were on the road again in 10 min! THANK YOU :)”

“This Thanksgiving I am thankful for O'Reilly Auto Parts!!! I went out to pack the car this Thanksgiving morning to drive to Indy only to find a dead and un-rechargeable battery. NOBODY was open among all the places that came immediately to mind. Did a search on car batteries and O'Reilly pops up and it is OPEN!!! I called and checked and asked (and the guy said "I answered the phone didn't I?" - Good point...). Ran over, got my battery, plus a couple of tips about it from the two very nice guys in the shop today. I told them that while I was sorry that they were working on Thanksgiving, I was sure happy they were open (both had Thanksgiving plans for after work). They saved my Thanksgiving with my family. I will be back for all things automotive!”

It was nice because I a female customer, was timely greeted by a female attendant.She was courteous and inquired as to what I needed.
