“I had a problem with the Oriellys on Roosevelt road. And with one phone call this store the manager asked me for my account number and within minutes my problems was solved. The other Oriellys staff said my account number wasn't in there system and they couldn't add me in because only a store manager could do it and they didn't have one on duty. And they treated very disrespectful. I needed a Idling pully for a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee”
“I've never had a problem with their batteries if anything I've gotten at 2.5 yrs out of the used until I can afford a 200-250.00 battery guys are always pleasant answers questions and always tell make sure you keep your receipt in the car just in case!!”
“Michael was an absolute angel and helped me make sure I was getting the right headlight bulb and also helped to replace them right away! While swapping out the bulb, a few regulars passed through asking questions and Michael helpfully answered and chatted making the whole experience feel more like popping over to a friend’s garage than a tedious trip to the parts store. “Needed a new battery and Cristal was more than willing to help me find a battery as well as install it. She’s very knowledgeable, she suggested some things I wasn’t even aware needed to be replaced and was enthusiastic with explaining why it would be beneficial to replace said parts. She was extremely patient and kind and connected very well with me. I hope the next time I need something she’s available to assist me.”
“Wish I could give 6 stars but 5 will have to do! Super helpful, car battery died 2 blocks away and they dealt with us running back and forth to get all the tools we needed to change the battery and stripped bolts we had. Super nice people”
“I visit this store when we encountered the -19 weather. It was freezing cold and my car battery died out. I spoke with Jaime and he guaranteed that it might need a new battery. So I drove to the store and my car completely shut off. So I purchased a battery.
This man was so incredible, he installed the battery in my car, while going through this negative freezing weather. I’m so grateful for his kindness and patience. I don’t think anyone would have done what he did.

“Hybrid battery replacement went great. **Bruce is a top tier mechanic and an asset to this company! He was so comforting when answering all of my questions regarding install and warranties. He even pivoted from a shop appointment I’d made to doing a remote install when my battery (sooner than expected) died on my way into work the day before I was supposed to take my Prius into the shop! Install was done in the parking lot while I was at work, and I was able to walk out at night to a happy car that got me home safely!
Made a lifelong customer over here. I can’t sing their praises enough.”
