“I was very satisfied with the repair of my Silverado. The truck looks great and the work was done very well. Mr. Joseph was awesome throughout the whole process. He was very helpful, professional, and kept me informed. I really appreciate his great customer service and making sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to others!”

“As Mr. Ron likes to say, we met by accident, but I cannot express how thankful I am. You and your entire team are truly amazing. From the front desk staff to the owner, everyone treated me with such kindness and respect. My situation was a bit unique, and I greatly appreciate how thoughtfully and respectfully it was handled. I cannot thank you enough for all your help. Your business has been around for a long time, and after my experience, I can clearly see why. I give your shop a 100/100 recommendation and will definitely be coming back in the future for any service needs. Thank you again, Ron, to you and your entire team. You guys are amazing!”

“Needed body work after an accident. They quoted a really reasonable price AND they fixed little things that were already wrong with the car before the accident, that weren't part of the original quote - not just a broken tail light, but also the broken windshield cleaner receptacle under the hood, which was already broken when I bought the car used! My car looked like it had never been hit. Would not hesitate to go here again. In fact, even though they're inconveniently located to me, next time I need body work, I'm coming back to this shop.”

“This place is a blessing. I've taken my car here twice. They're honest, good people and that's hard to find. As a young woman who knows nothing about cars I was nervous about being misled, but I trust Joe and the staff wholeheartedly. I'm grateful.”

“I've been coming here for 10+ years. Cruz, Chuy & all the guys are awesome mechanics. There is a reason the shop is always busy! They give Quality service...they will tell you what you need now, what you might need to change in the future, they let you know if your car is even worth working on. I had a very old car I kept asking cruz to fix (just to avoid having a car note again) and he told me he felt bad because I was just dumping money into a car that needed a lot of work and was not worth fixing and it's better to get a new car. He could have just kept charging me everytime something new happened but he didn't and I really appreciate him not taking advantage of me (a woman). I dont have a dad, brother or uncle to help me with car stuff and when I go there I always feel like I'm being taken care of by family. 100 percent recommend.”

“Great used car dealer I recently purchased a used car from Quality Craft Auto Sales, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, Lou, the salesman, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. Lou has extensive knowledge about the vehicles on the lot, and he answered all my questions thoroughly. He made sure I felt comfortable with my options, and I appreciated that he wasn't pushy at all—just genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. The selection of used cars was impressive, and I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The buying process was smooth, and Lou was there every step of the way, making it a stress-free experience. If you're in the market for a used car, I highly recommend visiting Quality Craft Auto Sales. Ask for Lou—he'll take excellent care of you.”
