“Highly recommend Auto Mechanics by Ricky! He worked on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica to fix a tough coolant leak from the oil filter housing. Ricky is incredibly professional and transparent—he even sent me video updates of the engine valley while he was diagnosing the issue. When a stubborn oil pressure sensor threw a code right after the initial repair, he stood by his warranty and replaced it immediately without hesitation. I also had him freshen up the spark plugs while the engine was open. Three months later, the van is running beautifully with zero issues. If you want an honest, skilled mechanic who communicates well, Ricky is your guy.”

I didn’t have to wait on hold like every other place. I was just across the street so I told him I’ll just stop on in and then we can go From there. Cordero and I Joe were so polite, and very cautious with my vehicle which made me feel I was going to be in good hands. “I'm always skeptical of mechanics because most of them leave ur car worse than when u dropped it off. Then, to add to the audacity, they charge 3000 and fixed nothing. I happen to go to them by chance and now I don't go anywhere else. They prices are super reasonable and they are efficient and fast. “I've been coming here for 10+ years. Cruz, Chuy & all the guys are awesome mechanics. There is a reason the shop is always busy! They give Quality service...they will tell you what you need now, what you might need to change in the future, they let you know if your car is even worth working on. I had a very old car I kept asking cruz to fix (just to avoid having a car note again) and he told me he felt bad because I was just dumping money into a car that needed a lot of work and was not worth fixing and it's better to get a new car. He could have just kept charging me everytime something new happened but he didn't and I really appreciate him not taking advantage of me (a woman). I dont have a dad, brother or uncle to help me with car stuff and when I go there I always feel like I'm being taken care of by family. 100 percent recommend.”

Twice I’ve brought vehicles in thinking I was facing major repairs, and both times Brian found the actual problem and saved me a lot of money.
