“I went to Autozone because my car was having issues starting. When I arrived, they couldn't check if it was the battery because it was completely dead. So, it needed to be charged first to see if it needed a new battery or if there was another car part causing the problem. I asked a guy who works there for help, and he said he couldn't assist me in taking out the battery due to his boss's policies.I told him I could remove it myself. When I needed a tool, Sayd offered his help and stayed with me for over an hour assisting. Despite the constant flow of people coming in and out of the store, Sayd was super patient with me and not only assisted me in removing the battery but also helped me find every part I needed.This experience marked the first time someone from Autozone has provided me with such excellent service. Kudos to Sayd for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.”

“My husband and I have been working with Ron and his knowledgeable, kind and welcoming staff for several years. I am so grateful for Ron and Becky for their generosity over the years. I was involved in a car accident with my toddler son and was a very traumatic time for my family and I. A tow truck was sent immediately and took my car and belongings back to Ron's shop for safe keeping until the extent of the damage was determined. This task was completed swiftly. I have been working with Becky, lead specialist in the front office, for several years. Becky is welcoming, warm and extremely helpful with any needs I would have. “Well I wasn't here on this day.I do shop here frequently tho.I like to support one of the cool mom and pop stores that are still left in my area.Mike and his staff are always helpful.Most of what you need is in the back and if he don't have it he will get it..Looks like Google tracking isn't that accurate cause I wasn't even close to there.”

“I needed an alternator for my truck that no one else had. They had to special order it for me but I was not able to come in and put a down payment down that same day told them that I will be in the next day for the down payment down so they can order the part when I made it to the store the next morning the part had already been ordered and was waiting for me on the counter. It was a better than I expected price for the part and everyone there was very helpful when I had questions I will definitely be ordering my parts from this place again thank you guys”

“I was in need of a auxiliary battery for my Jeep JL. After going to the competitor Autozone, they sent me on a wild goose chase to two stores assuring me the battery was at each location. I actually had them verify that it was there in the phone. Upon arrival, they told me it was a computer glitch in the inventory. Clearly was fed up at this point. I called O'Reilly's on Harlem and they confirmed they had the battery. Drove tot he store and they did. I was in and out. They also honored a veterans discount. This is now my go to auto parts store.”
