I have used Buddy Beat monthly subscription for over 2 years. I purchased one, from 47th and Western and was overcharged, I disputed the extra 3.99 they charged ( they charged 23.99 on my card) now I’m not able to wash at all- unless I pay again - even though I have the original receipt.

My side mirror broke while in the car wash. They reimbursed me. Very grateful! I've been a member or a couple of years. Never had a problem before. I think they are a good company. Staff always nice.
