First, last and worse experience ever at a instant carwash. Apparently the brushes tore my windshield wiper rubber inserts off my Mercedes GLC300 while washing my vehicle. Onsite manager David and other employees very rude and rushed me through the long line of cars then had the audacity not to take responsibility for the incident further costing me repair cost. BUYER BEWARE TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE

I have used Buddy Beat monthly subscription for over 2 years. I purchased one, from 47th and Western and was overcharged, I disputed the extra 3.99 they charged ( they charged 23.99 on my card) now I’m not able to wash at all- unless I pay again - even though I have the original receipt.

Fast and easy, good prices! They offer free vacuuming as well. Several price options, cheapest one is $5 and gets the job done.

I will be contacting Bubby Bear Car Wash Corporate Office. I had my car washed yesterday the aLady Attendant broke my wear wiper on my car when she was preparing my car before I entered the machine. I had to blow my horn 3 times a put my car in park before she acknowledged what she did . Worse she denied doing it. I filled out a incident report a d was told the district manager Eric would contact me.. That never happened ! I'm calling their corporate office today.Sick of companies not taking accountability for their mishaps ☹️??

I was using the free vacuum and was going to go pay for a car wash. However, while I was vacuuming a worker doing maintenance on the vacuums with a cigarette in his mouth and then as I was about to head to the car wash and pay for a wash, that same worker was inside the car wash where they do the brush with soap on it for your car before you go in, SAME WORKER WAS IN THERE WITH CIGARETTE IN HIS MOUTH!! Just what I want, my car smelling like cigarette smoke. Great way to lose business, I went elsewhere to wash my car.

I purchased a monthly car wash pass on 8/10/2022. I went on 8/15/2022 and was told that my monthly pass had expired. I am 69 and ,although my memory is starting to get worse, I told them that I had recently renewed but the worker insisted that I needed to pay again. Once I returned home, my wife - more tech savvy than I, pulled up our bank records and pointed out that I had just renewed on 8/10. I immediately went back and was told that the manager had left. This was yesterday. I went back today and was told that the manager still had not come in. Now, I’m told that he’ll be in tomorrow. The worker stressed that he had no managerial experience and did not know how to handle the mishap. I’m now wondering when this will get resolved; will I have to call an agency that protects consumers from unethical companies or what. I’m beginning to wonder how many elderly people they have double charged. It’s the newest Buddy Bear, in Chicago, on 87th and Kenzie. Presumably, we’ll be forced to keep using gas until a manager decides to show up for work. Sad!

So I usually go to one of those gas station drive-through places that is six bucks. We had some great weather here in Chicago and I went yesterday and it was closed. I don't know what the deal is, but randomly sometimes it is not functioning. So I decided to check out Buddy Bear, which I have been to before. When I looked at my car I honestly feel like it got cleaner at Buddy Bear one time through than when I pass twice through my normal gas station one. So, yeah. For $10, my car was looking pretty nice!

Zero stars if it was an option. Your car was damaged my brand new truck and I’ve been reaching out for two weeks EMAILS AND CALLS and no answer. How do you run a business that way.

My Car was hit while getting my Car wash at 4130 S Western..... The person in charge was rude and didnt space out the cars. I got hit from behind leaving a dent. The attendant said there not responsible even though your machine was controlling both vehicles inside the car wash. Im filing a police report and expect a call back from corporate.

You should be careful and take caution if you use a card to make a purchase at the buddy bear on Ogden. I made a $20.00 car wash purchase only to find a few minutes later, I was charged and extra $6.00. They wouldn't give me a refund, even after proving the bogus charge. I repeatedly called the corporate office for days, and left messages. Not even a returned called. So I had to allow my bank to handle this. It may only be $6.00 but it's about principal all they had to do was give back my money. I'll never use that buddy bear again.
